The area I stayed in in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, was very much a backpacker district. But all over southeast Asia businesses tend to clump according to what they sell, defying the western logic that it's better to be physically far away from your competitors. All around the hotels in this area of Phnom Penh were small stores selling bicycles, mostly used. I spotted this delivery one morning out my hotel window.
