Squash blossom pizza at Perilli in Prati restaurant. Both of us liked squash blossoms, which are a seasonal thing in Rome, so we both ordered one of these pizzas. But what the menu didn't mention is that every single blossom is strategically mined with a piece of anchovy. We spent our meal performing pizza surgery. I liked it with the anchovy removed, but Barbara wouldn't eat it even then, so she ate slices from in between the blossoms, and I ate the post-surgery blossom slices.
